Tenant may park vehicles only directly in front of their rented storage unit and in a manner that does not obstruct access to any other unit, driveway, or common area. Under no circumstances may a Tenant park a vehicle in front of, or otherwise block, a unit not leased by that Tenant.
Vehicles may not be left unattended on the property except when parked directly in front of the Tenant’s own unit for active loading or unloading purposes. Long-term or overnight parking outside of the Tenant’s unit is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Management.
Any vehicle parked in violation of this provision, including but not limited to blocking another unit or being left unattended outside of the Tenant’s unit, may be removed and towed at the vehicle owner’s sole expense, without prior notice.
Management reserves the right to enforce these rules at its discretion to ensure access and safety for all tenants.
